1 2 1 training, ideal for complete beginners wanting an insight into floristry or someone who is looking at becoming a florist as a career!  

This gives you a real insight on what is required on the day to day running of a florist.  

Module 1 -  General 

We will look at Conditioning flowers, setting up suppliers, ordering and pricing, finding your niche in the market, marketing and much more.  
You will have a go at making 3 arrangement’s using the correct techniques.

1) Handtied arrangement 
2) hatbox arrangement 
3) modern arrangement 

you will also receive a mini tool kit.

Module 2 - Funeral Tributes

We will look at taking orders and delivery to the Funeral Directors.  Ordering flowers and pricing. 

You will have a go at making the following with ribboning and massing techniques. 

1. 3’ spray
2. Open wreath
3. Massed letter or heart.

Module 3 - Weddings

We will look at consultations with the brides, contracts, pricing, ordering flowers, delivery to the bride and groom to the set up of the venue.  
 
you will have a go at making the following and also learning the correct technique, packing and transporting flowers. 

1. Buttonholes
2. Bridal Bouquets
3. Table arrangements

The course can be arranged at a time/date to suit you.  Weekdays and weekends are available. 

Module 1 is compulsory and module 2 & 3 can be completed at a separate time or added to Module 1 when booking. 

A certificate will be given at the end of each module.  I will be on hand to answer any questions after completion.
